Do you come south over Thelwall, M6 then hang left to Congleton?knutsford services usually busy, which junction do you usually bail from the M6, there must be a spot we can meet up.

Open to suggestions
I exit at J18 for Holmes Chapel normally, there's a Texaco garage & Co-op about half a mile from the junction on the right or we could do J20 meet at the Truck Stop and head to Macclesfield

Lockgate is on

Morning folks, so with weather pretty much dictating our lives at the moment ...and frustration creeping in, anyone for coffee at the lockgate? Short notice I know, blame the forecasters, I am supposed to be under water now and the sun is shining so any one else want to go for it....

Wasps at the lockgate

, well although it was last minute .com Chris and I made it in the dry! To be fair apart from the shower as we left it was dry all the way back to. More wasps than I have ever seen in one place at all be time, scones were good though.

Plans for a big day out on Sunday 18th, watch this space for further details, next monthly will be at the lockgate,Sunday 1st September,

They sell wasps at our local pet shop.

Well there's one in the window anyway.

Welcome back!

When the monsoon season eventually finishes, we may get some respite before the bad weather starts and actually get out
