M695 Custom Rear Fender

Hello all, thinking of doing a tail chop but only thing holding me back is the "get wet and dirty" side affect. So wondering if there is a custom rear fender that could wrap around the wheel much like the ones on the Diavel. Or does anyone know of a place that can make one for me?
