Bear in mind especially if waterproof those bags do not allow air flow. If mildly warm phone will be running very hot.

Bikeit do one which is just clamped on the bars for £19.99. It looks pretty solid and rainproof. There are two sizes, one for smaller phones like the Galaxy S4 or a bigger one which should take an Iphone. The only issue is the hole for the lead is along the long side not at the bottom so your phone would have to be fully charged before putting it in and I'm not sure if it is in the right place for a headphone lead. Not doing a good job of selling am I lol!
