Talking Feel like a kid in a sweetshop....

3rd Party have just admitted 100% liability!!!!!

Just spoke to Ray @ Rosso Corse (like a babbling idiot) and should be able to get the repairs underway soon. Just got to get the insurance company to get in contact etc etc.

Anyway thank **** it's sorted! I can finally get the bike back and make some noise.

Few beers are definitely in order tonight

excellent - well done mate! Don't forget all the taxi receipts and public transport tickets. You'll be needing a new lid too!

Jerry, all documented and in the hands of my solicitors. Will be claiming for all damaged goods - including me!

Scrumpster, tell me about it. Simple case which has cost them a fortune because of the hire bike.

Cheers boys. Will be heading down the dog and duck v.soon!

Can't believe they came back to me today - was really expecting this one to drag out because the idiot was not responding to his insurance company. Mind you it's been six weeks now since the event, so should be back on the monnie within two months of the accident.

Congrats. I had one that took a year and a half to resolve and even though the guy turned without indication [with witnesses] they still went 50 - 50 because I was overtaking.
