Last ride of the year?

Dacs and I are planning a little bimble out on Wednesday (The second of the two Bank holidays)

Leaving from Aylsham Market place at about 11.30am and heading for The Kingfisher Café at Walcott for approx. 12.30 for a bite to eat.

Let us know if you want to join us at Aylsham, so we don't go without you.
Otherwise meet us at Walcott.

This is very weather dependant so check here Wednesday morning..

Yay! I like it.. Just like having an extra Sunday, mid-week.

Looks like we're good to go today.
We're being joined by the chairman of the Norfolk Norton Owners Club....On a Beeza…. Never say we're not multicultural..

Smashing to see Martyn on BSA B31 and Dacs on his ever more Carboniferous Monster..

A gentle bimble it was, in respect of the B31's performance and also the treacherous looking road surfaces. But good to be in the saddle again in the fresh air.

Beans on toast all round at the Kingfisher, which we ate in the open as all the inside tables were full.. Great for a bit of bird watching.

On towards North Walsham and a quick stop to look at the Dilham canal, which is slowly being restored over many years.. Bit more bird watching and flora spotting and then off home. Martyn peeled off, so we gave the Monsters a few of those beans when we found some dry twisty roads..

Back home with enough daylight to give the Monster a rinse and still plenty of feeling in the fingers and toes... Pretty good day out.. thanks chaps..

Just doing my bit to fix atmospheric carbon. For anyone wondering what the rest of the sign on the cafe says, it's "KINGFISHER ICE CREAM PARLOUR" - they weren't selling much though Grand couple of hours out.
