Stokes of Stockbridge

www.stokesofstockbridge.com

My friend Bob popped in to Stokes of Stockbridge on Sunday for a bite to eat and was impressed with the overall feel and vibe of the place. And just to finish it off, they took his picture and have now posted it on to their website.

I want to see the original John Stokes picture. Supposedly it has an old school yellow Ducati parked in the same place with the owner looking out the door. Can't find the shot on their website though.

Monsters taking over Stockbridge.... Interesting!

I'd go for more of a American pancake, crispy bacon and maple syrup for £6.50 visit.

It's the kind of shot that's begging to be on the 2012 UKMOC calender

Sometimes photos of bikes on there own can get a bit repetative - this club is about the people as much as the bikes they ride

Yellow 696 or red 1100S.... hmmmmmmm tough one.

Think I'll go with the red M900, more a 'classic' feel to the old building

That's the spirit!! You really should head down this way for a brekkie on a Sunday morning - you'd fit right in..... seat reserved at the "air cooled and classic" table......

My mate Bob is now very interested in getting that picture on to the 2012 calendar! He would also like to start modeling apparel for Ducati. That is my next mission for tonight then! I'm sure the Ducati people advertising campaign finished about 10 years ago though!

He's only owned six Monsters in the past 6 years, plus a couple of other, lesser Ducatis; 999, 749, 1098 and an 848S (I keep telling him, there is no such thing as an 848S but he will not listen to me!)
