Road Racing Disk covers
Just spotted these on ebay and I know someone on here was after some. They are a pretty rare part. First complete set I've ever seen for sale.
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Ducati-Mo...IAAOSwe5peCIXu One has been polished by the looks and the other not? Not sure if the price is fair? But I paid £70 for a new pair way back when the old stock was being sold off.

I think it was Nottsbiker, aka Ben who was after some of these.
I think I did have his phone number at one time but I lost it when that phone died recently. Maybe someone else has it ? I've pm'd him but I dunno whether he'll see it. He hasn't been on the forum recently but does still pop up from time to time. |

You are correct it was me!
I'm currently going through a restructure at work and looking to sell my 1200 DVT Mutley (not related) and then I'll finally get my 900 built up after many years of collecting parts and doing lots of nothing to it. BTW I looked at the RR covers and whilst I'd like them I'm not paying £200+ for them |

Looks like they either didn't sell or someone has offered privately an acceptable amount for the disc guards.
Might be worth a cheeky pint via an ebay message!

They were re-listed again @ 199 but no bids, not sure if sold now?

I think they are particularly ugly and would take them off if they were on my bike...or is it just me?

I think you're either a fan of the Road Racing stuff or not. It's very Marmite.

I love Marmite, but am not a fan of any of the Roadracing gear. Nasher.

Only want the disk covers as I like them but some of the more garish stuff is a no-no from me
Obviously I'd put up with an ally tank though |
