WSB 2020 - no spoiler!
If anyone has given up on WSB recently due to the dominance of certain riders and the dull nature of the racing then fear not Philip Island was an absolute cracker.
All 3 races were fantastic, get the highlights on Eurosport, you won't be dissapointed! |

It is a spoiler for me - after nearly 10 years of giving Mr Murdoch about £1000 a year I cancelled my Sky subscription and unfortunately lost my Eurosport so no WSB or BSB unless I can wangle it through Netflix which I am told is possible but have not yet managed it.

YouTube highlights are surprisingly good or £40 for the year and that’s full access to wsbk and bsb via Eurosport player.
It was worth it for Philip island on it’s own. Hopefully the grid can keep it up all year. |

Was brilliant opener ... but not as good as the news that Mickey Dunlop riding the V4 Duke at NW and TT this year (pending IOM CoronaVirus cancellation!).

Given that I think we'll see a substantial part (if not all) of WSBK and MotoGP cancelled this year due to Coronavirus, I consider it rather unfair and slightly mean that Philip Island was so good and reminded many of us how exciting bike racing can be to watch.

Ron 1000: Thanks for the lead to Eurosport player - paid my £40 and just watched the first race - it was bloody brilliant - cannot wait to watch the other two.
I hope Uncle Bob is wrong and if he isn't that Dorna take an enlightened view and allow the events to take place without anybody going through the turnstiles - if all other sport through the year gets cancelled and the bike racing goes ahead for TV only maybe our minority sport will not be so minority in future. The IOM TT may be badly affected though. Last edited by 350TSS; 03-03-2020 at 06:36 PM.. |
