without meaning to be rude GT do you need special mods for a 'normal' monster? as I will have two 900sie on the road by then if you want to borrow the less new one on the day ... the one that has had more of an impact your trike should be there for piccies at the very least
I'm not an official but we all ride on the road and should be able to deal with a trike on a track. (probably be overtaking us most of the time )

Sarah
Gary has a gear and brake on the same side. Quite a cool mod and looks tidy that no one really notices.

Albie's spot on - I use a bolt on gearchange linkage to move shift to RHS. This currently lives on the trike, but easily swaps between trike/solo in under an hour. I only ever built one conversion as it cost me over £250, and I couldn't justify the expense to repeat the excersise. Your loan offer is very kind Sarah, and much appreciated. However I wouldn't be confident I could jump on an unfamiliar bike, all be it one that's very similar, and manage the intermediate group again at Mallory. The differences in tyres, suspension and general set up could make it hard work on the day. I'm sure I'll be less of a liability to myself and others if I stick to the trike, which I've now been riding since 2006 - covering more than 25,000 miles.

By the way J.P - I'm more than happy to start off at the tail end of novice group on 3 wheels and see how I get on

Thanks mate

A prompt yes or no response would be appreciated, as I want to submit my booking form and sort holiday ASAP.

However I doubt I'll bother attending on the trike or Buell simply to spectate if the answer is negative.

I'm sure there'll be a number going up at some point on Thursday afternoon/evening, we'll start a thread about that much nearer the time.

I've stayed at Royal Arms and Apple Orchard Farm, no complaints about either, both very close.

If you're on a really tight budget
