How did you stick the tax disc on and keep it waterproof...

Also what do you pay for a paint job on one of those

Mustard - I have just bought the "performance seat" lets just say I wish I could have seen it before I parted with my money. Seriously dissapointed with the quality and the fit for the price that it is. I've had to remove the tongue pads that slide under the tank just to get it to fit, when you look underneath (I know you dont see it when its on) its been thrown together. The seat unit is the same part number as stock with just a little foam removed from where the pillion would be. It is no lighter than stock.

I cant comment on the comfort side as I've not been out on it after I fitted it. But dont feel left out! I'm sure you can spend £649 more wisely than i did!!

The cowl can be removed just like the stock item - I've not had chance to take any pics yet, I'll post them when I have

I have to say after all the different pipes you've had those Termis look the best to me.

In truth, much as I like the look its a lot of money for a seat - the tunnel run will be the first ride on it so I guess I'll make final judgement then

I've waited till after the tunnel run as the TV will be out of action for a couple weeks while it (and other bits!) are fitted
