anyone know what dash/clocks are fitted to the white one? (which i quite like btw) i like how just removing the instruments makes the whole front of the bike appear lower and cleaner.

No idea but I've cut the light brackets off mine and had them lowered by an inch for the same effect - this should then allow the clocks to be mounted lower...

looks like a koso unit on the ebay bike but a motogadget motoscope mini is probably my choice for an ultra clean front end (immobilizer permitting).
