900 relay holder
Hi All,
Does anyone have the relay holders that mount next to the fuse box? I tried to buy new ones from Ducati but they are NLA so am after good condition used. I incorrectly assumed that they were both the same but the parts diagram at Nottingham Ducati lists 2 different numbers which is confusing for me as I have one but dont know which it is. They are made of rubber but Ducati calls them brackets They are only £2 ish each new so was happy to buy both but cant Do you have them for sale? Cheers - Ben

Are they similar to S4 ones? You might be able to make these work. They are £1.95 from Ducati

I bought some relays off ebay to replace mine with new as they were listed for the 900 but when they arrived they were much smaller so assume for a later bike. Only reason I mention it as the one in the link could also be smaller

They could be from a 900 injection bike. I'll measure one of mine and post it.

Hi Ben, the relay that fits that rubber sleeve on my s4r is 15x23mm and 26mm high.

Thats most likely the same as I've been able to deduce that I appear to have the larger holder and require the smaller one. I wonder if the parts have been superseded by different numbers as Ducati say they are both NLA which is a shame

Does anyone here have an old/larger one that could be copied?
I’d happily try printing one in TPU. |

But after much cross referencing at Ducati Nottingham today we have found one from another model (916 iirc) that fits the small relay on the 900. Was also hoping that I could get the NLA Monster fuel tap but unfortunately is a no go for every similar Ducati model

The part number of the one I have on my bikes The one I refer to is part 82911901A. Looks like it's available and about £2. The only similar other one I've seen is from a Vespa but much dearer.

This is exactly the sort of part that we should have a 3D model of in our library.
If anyone has or can lend an original for a week or so, I can get a 3D cad file produced and then pass it on to my nephew who is learning all about how to operate his brand new 3D printer, and he's a fast learner from what I've seen so far. I'm sure there is a rubber like plastic that can be 3D printed?

Spotted those on ebay but the bottom part looks smaller looking at the pictures although in real life I'm not certain

Regarding normal 3D printing I'd imagine there is a massive market for those front indicator to top yoke mounts
