Try Moto Rapido (10% discount for UKMOC members) for Ducati belts or Exactfit for California Cycleworks belts which in my experience are better and cheaper than Ducati belts (the tooth profile is a better fit on the pulleys).

So the ExactFit Belts are £70.95. This suggests my above link must have to be a x2 order as surely 34 quid is too cheap?! |

You do need 2 belts if yo read the ad correctly, so they will come to £68.04 apparently, then there will be postage on top of that.
I think you will find Moto Rapido's will be more and then postage on top? I don't think they give discount on consumables like belts, but ask because I'm frequently wrong! Now the Exactfit belts are as you say £70.95. that includes postage and VAT and they will last for three years as opposed to 2 for the others. I'm on my second set of Exactfit belts as they make much more sense. A third set going in to the 900 this winter.

Thanks both. I'll go for the Exactfit one.
Any recommendations on the spark plugs and the like based on your experience or all much of a muchness? |

NGK every time.
Check if yours have the nipple on the end or just a bare thread. If they have bare threads, make sure to get plugs with detachable nipples and not formed on nipples. Type 4339 have detachable nipples. Sometimes cheaper in boxes of 4 for cars. Change @6000 miles for best service.

It’s worth an email to Stu at Exactfit to ask if he still gives a 10% discount. He used to if you were happy to PayPal the money as a ‘friends and family’ transfer rather than ‘paying for goods’.
I’m also big fan of those belts and it’s always been top customer service too.
