Well jealous of that for three hundred quid..!!

Did it come powder coated and painted or did you have to do a bit of resto on it before assembly?

Even so...Bargain.!. She does look like she's wearing bins though...

Yes both clocks should sweep.

Actually it depends which year as clocks are different on '01 and '02 and later bikes. Do you have digital odometer on rear wheel or is it cable driven from front wheel? I don't know if the earlier clocks sweep, but the '02 clocks do.

had the powder coating done by a mate for free, like the white it was gun metal grey/silverish
,and it came with carbon fibre mudguards, had clocks apart tonight, the speedo is cable driven ,so dont think it will sweep, rev counter is electronic but does`nt sweep on turn of the key,but if i hit starter button it does flick up and down, so i would say it was connected ok,going have another look at antenna and all connections on loom, would a faulty tps shut fuel pump off and immobilize her ?

Check connections to immobiliser as I had that when I rebuilt my s4. I ended up cable tieing it so it would not come out. It was in front of airbox. But i moved it to the side of headlight bracket . Also check frame earth's from paint or powder coat. Look out for water ingress in the front spark cap as they are coil sticks and water corrodes them inside.

You should call her Deirdre (From "On The Busses"...)

Re starting...This is from the Department of Stating The Bleedin' Obvious..

Make sure the side stand is up when starting.
Check The Kill switch.
Do you have to pull the clutch in on S4 or did that come on much later models?

Hope you get to the bottom of this soon mate....Looks far too good to remain silent.
