Ordered some carb parts on Monday they said they would have to order them from Italy. They thought I might get them on Thursday (which I thought would be a bit quick), then Wednesday thought I would ring them and enquire about belts for the little 600, the ones I originally got from a dubious source on a well known auction site just didn't seem to fit right. Well i'm on the phone saying can they order them when I get told they're in stock and such and such is booking in your parts from Italy so well throw them in with them, you've already been charged for some postage so we'll add a bit more and get them out to you today.

They arrived today!!

Service like this you generally can't find these days

By the way the belts were a tenner cheaper than the auction site

Dyno??

Is that right Moto Rap have got their dyno up and running now (last time I spoke to them they didn't have one).

I need to get my race bike dynoed when I get it back from having a new exhaust made and need it to be someone a bit sympathetic as she's such an old girl!!

How much did they charge per run or multiples of please?

Just had a warranty issue resolved on my S2R. My first visit to MotoRapido, they couldn't have been more helpful. Many thanks to Rich, Mark and the rest of the team.
Parts prices were reasonable and I'm more than happy with the service.

And a special word for Theresa at Ducati Italy, very helpful and had the customers interest at heart. The whole experience was topped off by a letter from Claudio Domenicali welcoming me to the Ducati family! Fantastic.

I just had my bike serviced there yesterday, rode from London and even with fuel it was still cheaper than here !
