Bumping an old thread....

Went to court today about all this.

AND I WON!

Not that I shouldn't have won as it was 100% not my fault.

The taxi driver lied, but then couldn't remember his own lies when he was being cross examined. The witness probably wasn't even there and couldn't remember what he was told to say.

The only thing that could have gone against me was i might have been speeding. 35 in a 30. But the judge said there was no evidence of it and from the photo's it looked like I wasn't anyway.

Now I am off to Anglesey to win some races!
