It's nice but there's summat not quite right about it, what is that on the engine cases and clutch? If it has lights fitted then surely they have to work?
I think it may have started out as an ST?

ST had water cooled head and the frame is definitely an early frame (hoop)

I don't know if it's an age thing as my '78 Mirage doesn't have indicators, the switch gear is there but not connected to anything and I have had full MOT's for it in the past.
