Great service near Notts but will collect/drop off from afar

Just had a service done by Pete at Big Boyz Toyz Ducati in Notts. Great job - he was happy to collect and drop off for the cost of diesel (I live a good 60 miles away) and came in the evening so I didn't have to take any time off of work. He said that he's driven further to collect in the past.

Nice guy, good service and the bike was returned 4 days later fully cleaned. He also showed me a couple of cheap/incorrect parts that had been put on the bike by a previous service (surprising as I thought it was someone quite reputable who did it) and brought all the old parts with him so I could see they'd been replaced.

Even with the extra for collection, he came in cheaper than Ducati main dealer nearest me quoted (that would have been a pain to get to and leave the bike overnight).
