Gear change noise
I notice that when changing up a gear and with max rev’s on the engine the bike makes a hissing snarling sort of noise, its short duration and happens just as the gears swap, its not really a pleasant sound but it’s kind of a satisfying one, anyone else noticed this too?

Cant say where its coming from exactly barbican but if it was from the clutch I’m sure it would mean a trip to the dealers, nope I don’t think this is a fault with the bike,! More it’s a characteristic of the machine, its probably one of the intangible’s that makes riding a ducati so much fun, I’m not sure, I rode a Suzy strocker 500 and also a Kawasaki stroker twin and a Honda 90 before so that’s all I have to compare but as I said changing gear at max revs on this bike gives me this hissing cacophony and I kinda like it too
