Darkness!
OK, in the 'whats a tea tray' vain, what is the spec difference between a 'dark' and a 'light' monster?

A dark one comes with a coating of mean n' moody matt black paint. (..and in my case at least the Povvy non-revcounter spec)

On a 600/620 they have a single front disk rather than a pair.

darks are slightly cheaper (throughout the ducati range) people have had the mat black bits glossed afterwards with good results

The reasoning behind the Monster 'Dark' range was giving the owner the blank template to customise the Monster in any way they see fit to. Just like the Suzuki Bandit really

Mine is a M600 Dark however it was changed buy a previous owner to the fastest colour......
