Swinging Arm specs
Hi all, I've got a question for the knowledgeable. I have until recently believed that the first s/a had the suspension hoop, 17mm dia spindle, and narrow wheel hub. Then in 1998 I thought the hoop changed to a rod, the spindle dia increased to 20mm(?) and the hub width was increased. But I've come across post 98 s/a advertised with the early type hoops. My question is were s/a made with the hoop, larger spindle for a wide hub. Secondary question if the answer is yes, were any of them made in aluminium?
