M900ie 'Milla' For Sale
2001 900ie (was dark, now even darker)
Just passed MOT (no problems) Just taxed 1 year 17300 miles New ECU and mapping High Level Pipes (currently carbon but also have alloy so could swap) Bodywork painted plain gloss black, seat cowl, side panels and headlight. Engine cases powder coated black Added alloy Swingarm powder coated black Brake calipers powder coated black Added Alloy suspension arch powder coated black Black open clutch cover and pressure plate with stainless springs. Carbon Rear Hugger Clip on handlebars Rearset footpegs Genuine black plastic belt covers (original Cagiva) Currently Has Projector beam headlights and one off darth vader/K9 screen. Have original headlight too. Currently needs a minor service (fluids and belts) but am unable to ride for another month so this cannot or will not be done until end of April. All work previously done by Carl Harrison Ducati Expert in Harleston Over the lest few years I have made it a mission to go as dark as I can and make her one mean and moody looking machine... The first obvious change is the headlight, projecter lights encased in a one off PD special glass fibre cowl, built to fit the lights as tightly as possible and snuggle into the front of the bike. Its a cross between Darth Vader and K9 Other little mods are the belly pan, original road racing aluminium chin, powder coated black. Rearset pegs, in black of course The radiator was painted black and the polished rad cover fitted Clip on handlebars, powder coated black and the tasty little rizoma mirror. Another PD special part is the tea tray, I didn't want to go down the chop route as last time I ended up chopping off 18 inches and making KYLIE, so using the shape of the bike I made the smallest and closest fitting tray I could that curls around the frame and hugs right up to the light (no space under it unlike normal). Notice the little elephant on the belt covers, how lucky was I to get hold of a set of original BLACK cagiva covers, not the usual grey. And I don't have to worry about paint flaking off them. In search of blaaaaaack I had the engine cases powder coated black. [/QUOTE]
