That would **** me off more than just a little bit..... I'd have got my money back and gone elsewhere.
FYI, A couple of weeks ago Snells had some stainless stel termis in stock on a shelf, so they may have the carbon ones (I'm guessing they are the £770 worth) as well. Give them a bell?
