Trackday questions

With the Mallory track day coming up, and as a virgin can I present 2 questions to the all knowing out there.

1.Guess my insurance won't cover me if I bin it on the track

,has anyone priced up the addition to their policy or looked at seperate insurance for this(if there is one)It isnt even a year old yet and don't fancy coming back in a couple of weeks after the bones have mended to put the remains in a van!

2.Is there a noise limit eg. loud cans or will I have to put my standard ones back on
