Fork Oil Level Tool Gauge
All
Need to make myself up a Fork oil level gauge or tool, one of those with a syringe and an adjustable length pipe connected together to suck out the excess oil. I have several large syringes hanging around the garage from my composites work, and lots of different size flexible tube. Could someone who has used one suggest what size the metal tube was/is on thiers. Obviously it has to be small enough diameter that the oil doesn't just flow back out when you stop sucking with the syringe, but large enough to get some flow. Thanks Nasher

Finally got some time in the garage today.
One of the things I did was knock up this tool out of stuff I had hanging around and a length of tube I purchased following Slobs info. Nasher
