1997 M750 freshened up
Just spent 4 days striping and spraying.
BEFORE AFTER I still have levers, grips and belly pan to fit. The more I ride this thing the more I love it. The engine had the classic battery acid on it, so resprayed that, spray the exhaust black and wraped it, sprayed the plastics black, sprayed footrests black, replaced seatcover, changed indicators, changed handlebars, new tyres, removed rear hugger, put coolerguard on and that about it. Thanks for looking and if you got any more ideas, fire them my way. |

It wasn't hard, but I had to dowse the studs in wd40 every day for 3 months to release the nuts so I could remove the exhaust. I paid £10 for 10meters black wrap and it's brilliant stuff. I got the cover from Saxon seats in Christchurch, very good quality and has improved grip. Gotta fit the belly pan now lol.

I like everything you did except the rear part of the cans. Just my taste but will get some of that exhaust wrap for mine I think. Have thought about ceramic coating but more money. Keep up the good work .

Very nice mate, I like the belly pan. I have put a close up of my clip on bars on photo bucket but looks like you got those new levers to fit nicely!

Also, I really like the dials mounted under the top yoke. Did you need to chop up the headlight bracket? I think I might do that to mine as the dials are up in the air since fitting clip-ons.

Thanks for replys, the headlight does need adjusting. I had made a bracket and lowered the light, you can lower your dial using the exsisting headlight bracket, put it below the yoke and place two rubber washers on the bolts and place the dials between the bracket and yoke its solid and wont move.
