Custom exhaust

Has anyone had a custom exhaust system made for their bike... and if so, any recommendations ?
Asking for a friend... who's thinking of getting a larger bore exhaust...

I had a custom exhaust made for my old thruxton 1200r and used Hitchcox motorcycles.

Tom, who owns it, has 10 years experience of making exhausts do F1 and worked for Mercedes on theirs.

His welds and quality of workmanship is the best I’ve seen.

I had a 45mm dia set of spaghetti headers made up for my mongrel by Madasl in Knighton, they made an excellent job of it and I would recommend them. I will post some pics if its of interest. V

I had this made for my little race bike by Alldens in Lincolnshire.

I wanted it to look good as well as meet the current noise limits so had it done in brushed stainless.

Absolute quality work and a bargain price.

Bitza,
Thanks for the photo. Not sure about the silencer, but rest looks good.
Have sent them an enquiry, so hopefully hear back from them soon.
P.S. BTW is it a 2-1 system ?

Make sure you specify that it's for an SS as the systems are different to Monsters.
The rear pipe goes through the swinging arm in a slightly different place.
I believe that MadasL does do a spaghetti system for the SS.
You then also have to get silencers to fit an SS, as the pipes exit at a different angle.

Of all the f.....g cheek, the silencers are bloody beautiful cos I designed them myself, and you ain't heard them. To be honest design is all a matter of personal taste, just that in this particular instance you are wrong. Honestly I haven't taken offence.

Bitza,
Apologies for my less than diplomatic reply... I truly didn't mean to offend.
The first pic didn't really show the end can at it's best angle, whereas the other one does... so my opinion has now definitely improved.
