Ducati Manchester
Its been quite sad recently reading on this forum about the downturn in fortunes of Ducati specialists, here is a shout out for Ducati Manchester as I think good service deserves to be recognised.
My bike was delivered back to me today as part of the service, its just had the belt service so a biggy for mr wallet to deal with ! Those who have ridden with me recently will recall the issue with starting when the engine was warm,I asked Mike Andrews and the guys to look into it. Mike's guys identified a fault in the starter motor ( eye watering replacement part cost ) so Mike spoke to those who matter in Ducati and got a brand new starter motor for me "in good faith" as i had a full service record, I paid for the labour to fit, job done....now that is service. I cant thank Mike and the Team enough, Bike collected, belt service done, new tyre ,chain and sprockets, replacement starter motor and delivered back to my door. Brilliant. Mike has been recently promoted to head up the service desk, he will sort out a very favourable deal for servicing for all UKMOC members, sadly the collect /deliver thing is up to 50 mile radius of the shop.....however he realises workload in the workshop is slack at this time of year so contact him if you need work doing, now is the time to pick up a deal.
