Who is riding to WDW?
Getting anxious, summer is nearly here(!) and I want to go riding.
Is it too soon, too late to start planning for WDW? Who is planning on riding down?

Me!
No, it's not too early to start planning! (I spent most of the Christmas holidays planning my WDW trip and booking accommodation). You might want to get the accommodation at WDW (Rimini, Cattolica, Riccione, Misano Adriatico) booked sooner rather than later - might be worth a word with Pompone to see if he's got anything organised for a group, but might also be worth a back up plan just in case. My plan is: Dover-Calais ferry for Sunday 13th, Sunday night Troyes Monday 14th - Mulhouse Tuesday 15th - Innertkirchen, Switzerland (just off Grimselpass) Wednesday 16th - Gallarate?? (depending on what Max organises) Thursday 17th-Sunday 20th WDW (probably staying Cattolica) Monday 21st - near Asti, Piedmont Tuesday 22nd- Barcelonette Wednesday 23rd - Manosque Thursday 24th - Grenoble Friday 25th - Avallon Saturday 26th - Arras Sunday 27th - Calais-Dover ferry back home Having had an awesome day's ride on the Route Napoleon last time round, I fancied a few days pootling around the mountains in the SE corner of France on the way home. |
