Can anyone confirm if this will fit a 2006 S4R? And give any more information on the modifications mentioned?

I remember wanting one for my S2R. Can't remember having reservations (about fit)(, only about price - close to a thousand)

The fit around the metal tank cut out isn't good on the one picture. Maybe it's better on plastic tanks... Google the part number with Ducati in front. Lots of pictures - one of them on a 695 on which it fits great.

If it isn't broken, get it. It's cheap.

(I wonder why people won't publish 10-20-30 pictures in situations like this. Very poor marketing.)

Dont these also need the matching side panels? Cant read the description as work block that part out of ebay ads.

Yes it will fit, very good price my only reservation would be that they came with different side panels in the picture it looks to be fitted with standard ones leadin me to believe it will have been cut/modified to fit with those panels, not the end of the world

As Lars has said if it's not been canibalised it is cheap, I have 2 of them and were I considering putting one up for sale it would be 3 times that price

Slighty better image than the fleebay pic, side panels not itted
