Police search for missing activists.....

Sometimes, some people go just a little bit too far...and the bikers were no better!

Sounds like they are as bad as each other but the animal rights people did go way to far and did start the problem.
Not defending the bikers actions but they where pushed by idiots who could have just handed flyers for a start ?

Oh I dont know.
It's just a shame we can't just live our lives without other busybodies poking their noses in & telling us what what to do & when to do it.
Sometimes a bit of direct action against these people does no harm at all

Sounds like some bike rallies I have attended in the past back in the day.
Special handshakes and greetings lol.
lol....duct taping people to rugby posts , and such like.

I don't eat meat .. I just don't like it .
But I wear leather.
Thats just crazy because they may as well wage war at every non veggie .. most biker gear I believe is cow hide is it not???
Cow hide if so is side product of the cattle killed for the beef trade.

We slaughter cows for meat mainly then use the hide as a by product .

I have no objections and lots of countries use as much of the animal as possible as not to waste it.

As you say a leaflet would be satisfactory.
If your going to dish out stuff like that to people especially bikers then you have to be prepared to take it back.

Still a good story even if not true.
Reminds me of a certain Clint Eastward film with an orang-utan.

I posted it, knowing it was all a bit tongue-in-cheek but after 40-odd years a biker, i've come across situations like this quite a few times, although instead of PETA, read "mods", "police", "local thugs", etc.
I do remember being at the Bulldog in either`87 or`88, when two guys were paraded naked, quite battered and bruised on stage, for slicing tents open and nicking stuff from them.
They were then booted out of the grounds, into the arms of some very bemused coppers.
I think it's a brave (or stupid) body of people, who will contemplate disrupting a biker event.

It should be true - these people deserve it ! I did hear however that a few ARA's tried to disrupt a fishing competition by slinging a load of food into the lake - the only effect that had was to send the fish into a feeding frenzy and the catch that day was the best ever

Bluprintz yup..

pretty dumb nicking out of tents ... and at Bulldog ...not the best plan.

I have seen Hi jinx, porridge filled pants , people being clingfilmed together and to things.

Bikes are never harmed..
One guy had spilt from his wife so the boys covered his tent with condoms and all manor of rude stuff. It was pretty bad must have taken hours.

He came back with his new girlfriend who I think he had met that weekend lol , she looked a bit bemused.

But I think the week before he filled on of their tents with hay...so they came back late at night to find their tent full of hay bales and hay so they couldn't get in.

I will add these are 40 - 50 year old blokes but least they have a sense of humor.

let em play it keeps them happy...

I am a terrible prankster as is my Dad and Mum..so it was going to be in my blood.

But if you dish it out you have to be prepared to get it back thats the rule!!

Those who resisted were allegedly held down while several bikers “farted on their heads.”

Brilliant! Biker gangs rock! What a great sense of school boy humour
