Spare wheel - Any good?

Hello all,

I'm having a bit of a clear out and I have a Ducati Campagnolo wheel with disks which I assume is from an older bike. It's a gold 5 spoke and is 2.15 x 18.

Does anybody know what this might be off and if it's worth keeping? It has some minor battle scars but I don't want to throw it away if it might be of use to somebody.
