Exhaust conversion - how difficult can it be?
Another thought cropped up in converting an S4R into how I would like it.
How easy would it be to convert the stacked termis (or any high level versions) into the high level style ones on the s4 and regular monsters i.e. exiting high on either side of the bike. Looking at the prices of the official ducati kit at nearly £1100 , I am sure that if some regular termi slip-ons were sourced, it should be relatively simple to fabricate some connecter pipes? Oh, and the CAT box would have to go aswell. Is it really simple or do you have to take into account things like uneven pipe lengths etc. Again, who are the daddies when it comes to custom pipework? South Essex / Kent area please. Thanks again simon |
