Restricting a M620
A friend of mine's daughter has just passed her test and looking for a bike so I suggested the 620 monster, my question is can it be restricted to the level required for a new rider and approximately what would it cost?

yes, either with restrictors in the intake manifolds or a limiting throttle mechanism
