Barn Find.

Sometimes out of something annoying, a silver lining appears.
Last week the van I use for my business decided to fry the turbo!
The van was taken to the garage I use, local small business, run by a chap (Wayne) who is the type who knows everyone!
The conversion went like this:
Wayne- Did Ducati make a 900 monster?
Me - yes....why?
Wayne - a mate has one for sale...you interested?( Wayne knows I ride Italian bikes!)
Me-Might be......where is it, what condition is it in...and how much?
Wayne- knowing my mate it will be ok, its local and he wants x,000 for it.
Me- get him to call me and I will have a look at it.

2 days later the phone rang.
Friday I went and looked at the bike and bought it on sight!

Not sure of the manufacturer, Alan, but Rosso's supplied some several years back.Diago has some fitted to his 900, they sound awesome!

The guy who has sold me the bike, races step thro' mopeds, hence the collection of them in the back ground, anyway, makes a change from wheelie bins!!

Nice one, James.
Complete with belly-pan and scoops too.
And what looks like it could be a Corbin seat perhaps....?

What a great find, nice bike! I think if you paint the footpeg hangers black it would look great.
I would also change the timing belts to be on the safeside too.

Great find! Monster nerd questions coming up, is that the newer type tail and oil coller but the older nose cone fairing?

That looks like an early fairing .
And the tea tray does look like the newer one but I can't see properly.
