New monster bought

Just bought a 2009 1100 S. Absolutely in love with its looks and power, looking forward to better rides out. Joined this forum to learn more.

Welcome on board Martin.

Fingers crossed that you have some good weather before the end of the year to enjoy the new bike.

There are plenty of knowledgeable people on the forum (although I don't count myself as one of them)

This group is for owners and followers of the Monster 1100s from 2009 - 2010. It is the model with the Ohlins suspension and carbon extras.
Sadly it was dropped with the introduction of the EVO model in 2010.
What's sad about that? Bloody elitists!

I think it great they dropped it as they obviously got it wrong so they corrected the styling thus making ours rare beasts. So much so people are buying forks off ebay to put on evo's. Hey you know I love evo's and would swap for the right bike possibly

Hi, and welcome along.
A timely purchase of a bike who's desirability will surely increase, imho.
