Well to enjoy it

I fixed the no start in gear with the clutch in issue

Adjusted the gear change lever to suit my riding style (dropped it down a bit) but lifting the rear brake lever (it is miles below the foot pegs) looks like a wee bugger of a job to do

Give her a spray coating of ACF-50

I will probably change the mirrors. The Ducati Performance Viper ones look good to me The L/H mirror glass does not adjust.

I might chop the tail and ditch the indicators for an all singing and dancing rear light

Fit a bikini screen with a touring windscreen I bought the PUIG one when i was collecting the bike but did not have time to put it on for the ride home (its on in these pictures)

On the ride home while relaxing after refuelling for the third time and just thinking after four hours with a big throbbing thing between my legs and a numb bum. I was passed by four bikes in line astern (they were riding very fast but very sensibly and I suspect were police riders) nose to tail the back one was on a BIG BMW and I sat with them from the border to Motherwell that kept (or got again) my brain in gear. The Ducati had totally no problems being part of that group at speeds that we wont discuss here.

LEARN to ride 'properly' again

Probably do the IAM ride outs and then see if I can past the IAM test

This is not an 'approved purchase' my partner wont ever get on the back of it and would not do that even on a nice Honda PanEuro I had.
