There you go Albie: yours will soon be better than that if you keep collecting the right bits as it's been run-in and has had the belts and tyres changed more recently.

There's scope for you to spend a few more quid to finish it off (Ifyou need to) and still come in slightly under that budget.

I do hope the new owner doesn't do a tail chop or make a flat tracker out of it..........

Its probably worth every penny to someone as a museum piece. I would love to own it but far from being able to cough up that money. I wonder what he paid for it.
I hope he got the mirrors for that price too.
I certainly see why the original monsters sold so well. It has a hell of a stance compared to both later ones. I wonder when someone will whack an 1100 aircooled in an early bike.
