alarm -help needed
i have a spyball alarm on my yamaha fazer (99) that i use for work, it is now not working so i cannot start bike, i fitted a new battery to key fob and tried different things in manual but still no good. i disarmed the unit and bike started for a time after, i then left it longer and it had reset itself.
i think it would be best to remove unit but not sure what wires would need to be connected so bike could be started. i can start bike by removing alarm fuse and then replacing it, you can hear what i think is a switch clicking then you can start bike but as soon as you turn off it wont start again ! any advise would be good or does anybody know someone in kent/london who could remove the alarm for me ? cheers alan. |

Sorry, software's my thing, not hardware.
However, a quick google uncovered this for a spyball (no idea if it's the same model as yours, but if it's different you could add the model ref to the google search) http://www.ledderz.net/files/spyball_8510.pdf Anyway, it includes a wiring diagram. Maybe that will help, hope so. |
