can coring

i have nearly finished ripping the guts out of my spare cans, hopefully as per dave gs instruction . could any 1 tell me where to get some new baffles and wadding. if i measurred right the diameter i need is 40mm x approx 300mm long, also do i need heavy duty wadding and do i just simply wrap it around so that it is tight to slide back into the outer casing. one last question i have just ordered from spareshack a cat eliminator and dp filter, will i need to get it dynod and im hoping you will tell me i dont have to get a power commander, as i couldnt justify to the guv the extra spon, many thanks for your inevitable help.

I put open cans, open airbox and cat eliminator pipes on my S2R and it ran like a dog - a power commander sorted it out for me - the dyno run MIGHT work but I wouldn't hold my breath.

I'm pretty sure thats what I used,if you measure the diameter of the outlet pipe on the can thats also 50mm and I just nested the perforated tube over this.
I did a rough diagram to explain this a bit for someone on the DML,hopefully its here too.
