Rear lower huggers

Has anyone ever fitted one of these?



I can't remember the part number off of the top of my head, but according to the review here:

it's pretty straight forward to fit.

As I'd have to drill into the bottom of my swing arm (as I dont have the mounting holes already), how difficult is it to drill into (it's steel not ali) ? I'm assuming its some sort of box section construction rather than solid steel
