Sounds like a problem I used to have with my 750 Sport. Everything seemed fine ie. lights, horn etc all worked but absolutely nothing when I hit the starter. Turning the ignition on & off a few times always did the trick. The problem was always very intermittent and I never got to the bottom of it - just put it down to Ducati 'personality'. Mine would always start eventually though.

Hi guys. I think ive sussed the area of problem but cant find anything physically wrong. Its the +red battery lead at the junction where it goes to two feeeds one red one black. If you remove and reconnect its ok. But its intermittant. At least i have an idea.
