is a second disc better for slippery roads?
Hello from Athens!
Will a second disk improve braking on worn-out/slippery asphalt? Or will it make my monstro more prone to front wheel locking? thanks Angelos |

Never ridden a 600/620 myself but the general concensus seems to be that the single front disk is more than adequate for most peoples purposes. I think that most people that add a second disk do so for cosmetic reasons. Adding another disk would make it more prone to locking the front wheel, particularly on slippery surfaces, although I've not found my bike's twin disk set up to be prone to this.
