Does the starter motor from a monster 695, Fit on an earlier M600

Should do, they’re all broadly the same, except 1000/1100 which have an extra lug at the other end but interchangeable anyway. You might need to swap the gear on the end for your existing one though.

Yea, they changed the gearing on the later ones.
