Anyone here currently with them? My good lady is having no end of trouble trying to register and access their 'new' portal to see her renewal stuff. Any experience or pointers would be helpful and much appreciated. Wasted over an hour on the Chat this afternoon and got nowhere. The handler at the other end seemed totally miss-employed. TIA

EDIT: How spooky, tried again this morning (24th) and it functioned. Just be wary if you have to go down this route. Thanks for reading..
