Possibly for sale m900 1996
Hello back on here again after forgetting my password for the umpteenth time
Testing the water really my monnie is due for it's mot on june 18th and the credit crunch is biting so i may have to sell so if it passes mot it will have that and 11months tax it's yellow with 20,000 mls on the clock brand new diablo front and very recent rear, dynojet kit and 'E' marked low level carbon termi's. only extras i have added is an LED tailight it's not been chopped either, obviously for a bike of that age it's not mint crankcases are suffering a bit and there is a small dent in the fuel tank . it got two advisories on the last mot for pitting on the fork sliders and a dent in the front wheel (this is almost invisible to the naked eye but shows up on the test). it also need a new speedo drive as the one on it has a slight crack on it . Ok it only has partial service history before i owned it , since i got it it has a had a full monty belt service at 12,000mls (when i first bought it) and the 18,000mls service. obviously the best option is to take off the termi's and sell seperately for an extortionate price but i can't afford to get a pair of standard cans so if it goes it comes with the termi's . ball park figure £1200 with termis and if by any chance i can get a pair of standard cans (i have the standard carb springs and jets ) i'll let it go for £900 and no offers and if it fails it's mot i'm screwed !! Ok bike now has a years mot from today
There is some more that i forgot to post before just in case you want to change you minds . Ladybird has first dibs New battery end of last year and most importantly the frame is not stamped with a number! don't ask me why i have no idea the frame and engine numbers on the logbook are correct and match this has been veryfied by Ducati Uk , i checked the bike on Mycarcheck.com and it is legit not stolen, written off etc etc it just doesn't have a frame number . the number on the log book was originally incorrect showing 2DM900 instead of ZDM900 this was corrected by the dvla and the logbook is now correct mot certificate is also showing the correct number . my local bike shop said they would happily stamp the frame as the documents are correct i haven't had this done . the bike has been down the road at some point in it's life hence the dent on the tank . thanks for looking |

£1200 inc termi's is a very fair price Nigel, especially as all paperwork does tie up & it also has a new MOT, I wouldnt shift much on that mate
