My forks were leaking badly so I have disassembled them but I can't seem to get the old seals out - I have tried levering them, applied heat to the fork tubes, soaked in 3-in-1 but still no movement. I have removed the circles which hold them in place so it's not that....

How much force should it require? Any special techniques or hints?
