I thought I better introduce myself as I've recently purchased an 09 M1100S. I've had bikes ever since I was 16 and had a Garelli moped (Italian flavour even then
). The latter ones have been a 748 since 1999, a '96 M900 from 1999 to 2002 (wish I'd never sold that one now) and now the M1100S to join the 748. Undoubtedly I'll be asking a few questions in the near future as I come to know and understand the M1100S better.
ps. I live a 5 hour ride from the nearest Ducati workshop (Franchised and independent) which are both in Dublin so have had to learn to do everything myself.
