Depends on how you treat it, as my 1000DS approaches 100k miles it''s been rebuilt twice from the crank up, had valves and guides replaced, a replacement vertical head recently, three clutches.
It's also done (i'd guess) 30 trackdays and been used regularly for London commuting. I'm sure one used more gently would make the 100K without such bother.
