Can't speak for the S4 but the 916 range use the cLCD230-06V with 3/8 hose as per the above link.

As for the female, in-tank fitting (for 916) it is the NPT threaded version, part number should be cLCD10004V but check this as there are NPT and BPST versions.

As said this is for the 916 range so S4 may be different.
